Vietnamese Cuisine and Chicken Pho

This particular country is situated in south East Asia and hence their cuisine is influenced from their surroundings. Their dishes are unique because of the French, Chinese and other neighboring countries cooking styles. Chinese styles of cooking have the major impact on their food. Vietnamese Cuisine quite very often uses fish sauce also known as nuoc mam.  In Vietnamese they use fish sauce instead of soya sauce.

Another dish of Vietnam that is very famous is pho which is prepared from the spices, beef stock, noodles and finely chopped chicken or beef. It is a staple food of Vietnam, some people use correct and incorrect ways in preparing them.

Method of preparing Chicken Pho:

The noodles are soaked in hot water while the oil is being heated in a deep skillet; add pepper flakes, chicken, ginger and garlic. Garnishing is an important factor that enhances the taste of pho. The secret to the delicacy of pho is due to the various organs and bone marrow of the chicken. Pho is not only for the non-vegetarian but there are two types of vegetarian pho. Firstly semi-vegetarian that is made of chicken or beef broth and secondly that is pure vegetarian whose pho is made entirely of vegetarian ingredients.
